We collect your data through:
Account registration/sign-up forms
GPS location access for matching services and enabling live tracking
Payment gateway (Razorpay) during checkout
Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve user experience

Provide, improve, and personalize Spotfix services
Match users with nearby mechanics and enable real-time tracking

Customer details (name, location) are shared with the assigned mechanic
Mechanic details (name, shop info, location) are shared with the customer
Payment and analytics data may be shared with trusted providers like Razorpay and Google
5. GPS & Location Tracking
We access your GPS location only during active service (e.g., when a mechanic is en route or service is in progress). Location access is essential for our platform to function effectively and safely.
6. Data Storage and Security
User data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (such as Firebase) with encryption and restricted access. While we are a growing startup, we take all reasonable measures to ensure your data is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
7. Account Deletion and Data Removal
At this time, Spotfix does not offer in-app account deletion. If you would like to request removal of your data, please contact us via the email provided below. We plan to introduce this feature in future updates.
8. Children’s Privacy
Spotfix does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18. The app is intended for adult users only.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
